Fitness Week Special

Day 2: Breakfast-Protein Shake, Morning Snack-Egg with Turkey Slices, Lunch-Chicken with Vegetables and Whole Wheat Crackers, Afternoon Snack-Whole Wheat Crackers with Peanut Butter, Dinner-Pork Roast/Applesauce/Vegetables, Evening Snack-Vegetables with Dip
