If you need some motivation, or you'd like to enjoy a fitness based vacation with your family, this may be the place for you. We offer a personalized package designed to fit in with your family's plans, and still get you started or remotivated on your program. An example daily schedule:
7am You walk or jog while your family sleeps or helps feed the horses.
8am Breakfast for them is bacon and eggs, we enjoy a protein shake and fresh juice.
9am You meet with your personal trainer to set up a program, go over your goals while your family gets acquainted with the ranch.
10am Everyone goes on a trail ride.
noon Lunch. You have a choice; everything is healthy, but portion size is important. Skipping dessert is important too-or enjoy some fruit.
1 pm Hang out by the pool with the family.
3pm Everyone goes on a trail ride.
4pm Hike in the State Natural Area.
6pm Dinner. Same comments as lunch-everything is healthy, but we'll give you a smaller portion-no fuss. Skip dessert, or we'll prepare a low fat, low calorie one.
7pm Hayride with the family, followed by a campfire.
Some days we mountain bike, some days we hike, some days we have water aerobics in the pool, some days we do yoga. If you want to do something-we'll probably try to fit it into our schedule. We want to offer fitness and relaxation that fits into your other demands.
