Fitness/Weight loss at Rancho Cortez

8am 30 minutes of cardio
8:30 Stretch class
9 breakfast (fruit, some protein and some carbs)
10 hike
noon lunch (protein and low carb)
1pm kick boxing
2:30 weight training
4 massage
5:30 hot tub
6:30 dinner (protein and vegetables)
8pm hayride, campfire, then off to bed
